Refund Policy

We don’t generally issue refunds for the following reasons.

All our items are Digital downloads.

​

You get to see, & download your finished item for inspection prior to purchase.

​

I make any changes to the item you request.

​

When you are satisfied you then purchase the item, and download the un-water marked copy, which is identical in every way except for the watermark.

So if you were satisfied with the sample, you can’t be unsatisfied with the finished item.

​

You cannot return a digital item; you would just be returning a copy of that item.

At our sole discretion we may refund for exceptional reasons.
